Matt is an experienced Lighting Designer and creator working across Architectural, Concert/Worship, Special Event and Theatrical settings.

 

He currently attends DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois. He is a 4th year Lighting Design Student at The Theatre School, minoring in Event Planning and Management. There he has designed shows in various venues ranging from black boxes to Broadway proscenium style stages. He previously attended The Hill School in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. There he has designed the first show, Songs for a New World, in the new B.A.M. Box Theater, a new black box space on campus. He has also designed the lights for several events at Christ's Church of the Valley in Royersford, where he is a Lighting Designer within the CCV Worship Collective.

 

He currently interns in the architectural lighting field for RDG Planning & Design, based out of Des Moines Iowa. There he has worked on various projects ranging from events centers, to sports venues, to senior living facilities. Following graduation, he will be joining Schuler Shook as a Lighting Specialist.
